目的是想了解當今工作間對母乳餵哺的支持情況。調查只需10分鐘。作答者不論男女，有否母乳餵哺經驗均可。一切個人資料，絕對保密。

Hello Everyone,
Hong Kong Breastfeeding Mothers' Association would like to invite you to take part of the survey. This survey aims to investigate local workplace nursing conditions in 2016.
Anyone can participate whether male or female, whether they have breastfeeding experience or not. It will only take 10 minutes.
All personal information obtained from this survey will be kept confidential. The results will be announced on July 31 2016.
